Ariana Lima​​​​​​

Visual Artist, with 19 years of experience in photography and the consumer market, heading E3 Fotografia. She has worked with major brands on the world stage, directing and executing advertising campaigns, fashion editorials and magazine covers. She exhibited her works of art at the trendy Milano Fashion Week and at Kasteel Elsloo in Limburg, Netherlands. Now, after a long period of improvement in the USA and Europe, she returns to Brazil to apply all the knowledge gained over all these years.

 

“What moves me is knowledge, learning about different things to makes the work increasingly precise, well executed, and life flows more smoothly. Access to education changes the world, creates a strong connection between our cultural roots, the moment we live in and the development of the future. That's why I always look for the opportunity to access new technologies aimed at integrating resources that I have acquired over the years between studies and active work with people, developing images, campaigns, methodology for consuming products and arts.”

Artista Visual, com 19 anos de experiência em fotografia e mercado de consumo, a frente a E3 Fotografia. Trabalhou com grandes marcas do cenário mundial dirigindo e executando campanhas publicitárias, editoriaus de moda e capas de revistas. Expôs suas obras de arte na badalada Milano Fashion Week e no Kasteel Elsloo em Limburgo, Netherlands. Agora, após um longo período de aperfeiçoamento nos USA e Europa, retorna ao Brasil para aplicar todo o conhecimento que obteve em todos estes anos.

Graduated in economics from Mackenzie, his career started at Banco Santander, as an intern in the area of controllership. After developing a passion for the financial, quickly changed his role to investment advisor, working in BTG and XP partner offices Investments. He currently operates in the structured credit market and is a partner founder, as well as administrator of two bars in São Paulo capital of Litt Bar/Gallery and Bart Bar.

Formado em economia pela Mackenzie, sua trajetória começou no Banco Santander, como estagiário na área de controladoria. Após desenvolver a paixão pelo seguimento financeiro, rapidamente mudou a atuação para assessor de investimentos, trabalhando em escritórios parceiros da BTG e XP Investimentos. Atualmente atua no mercado de créditos estruturados e é sócio fundador, bem como administrador do Litt Bar/Gallery e Bart Bar.

Born in São Paulo, she is a visual artist and curator, graduated from Centro Universitário Belas Artes de São Paulo and postgraduate student in Criticism and Curation at PUC. She moves through different art media, including education, event production, curation and her own works. In her most recent works she explores the concept of mixed media on canvas and expanded painting. Gestures and the overlapping of layers and substances are also issues frequently addressed by the artist. The themes and concepts used in her creations are generally related to issues such as nature and its elements, the condition of colors and arranged objects, and non-tangible situations such as feelings and sensations. Recently participated in group exhibitions at Atelier ¾ (1st resident artists show), Litt Galeria (Vigor Fluido) and Centro Cultural Vila Madalena (Crônicas Urbanas) and as curator in the exhibition “Urban Nature” at Litt Galeria.

 

“I mainly seek to investigate the materiality and morphology of the paint, the support used and the artifacts incorporated into the work, in addition to the theory of colors and chromatic contrasts."

Nascida em São Paulo, é artista visual e curadora, formada no Centro Universitário Belas Artes de São Paulo e pós-graduanda em Crítica e Curadoria pela PUC. Transita por diversos meios da arte sendo eles educação, produção de eventos, curadoria e seus trabalhos autorais. Em suas obras mais recentes explora o conceito da técnica mista sobre tela e pintura expandida. A gestualidade e a sobreposição de camadas e substâncias também são questões frequentemente abordadas pela artista. Os temas e conceitos utilizados em suas criações geralmente estão relacionados a questões como a natureza e seus elementos, a condição das cores e objetos dispostos, e situações não palpáveis como sentimentos e sensações. Recentemente participou de exposições coletivas no Atelier ¾ (1ªmostra artistas residentes), Litt Galeria (Vigor Fluido) e no Centro Cultural Vila Madalena (Crônicas Urbanas) e como curadora na exposição “Natureza Urbana” no Litt Galeria.

 

“Busco sobretudo investigar a materialidade e a morfologia da tinta, do suporte utilizado e de artefatos incorporados à obra, além da teoria das cores e contrastes cromáticos.”
